Scoops On Tap ice cream is a great treat for dessert! Their “Strong & Salty” is made with our Belgian Strong Ale. It has a sweet, caramel taste that melts in your mouth.
1 Year Red Wine Barrel-Aged Belgian Strong Ale
Last year a So Cal wine shop from Big Bear named Barrel 33 gave us a Red Wine barrel to age our Belgian Strong Ale (BSA). Normally our BSA is around 11% ABV; after aging for a year it acquired a sweeter more flavorful taste and jumped up to 12% ABV.
1 Year Whiskey Barrel-Aged Tango Brown Ale
Last year we acquired a Jack Daniels Barrel to age our Tango Brown. Our Tango Brown is an American Brown Ale that has been perfected and aged for one year to give it a little extra kick. Normally our Tango Brown comes in at 5.6% ABV; after aging for a year it jumped to 6.8% ABV.
